Cantec de adormit copiii

Hmmm…este ora 01:32 …stau in pat, cu laptopul in brate si nu am somn. De multe ori mi se intampla sa am nopti albe din cauza programului inexistent ( adica ma trezesc la cat vreau, fac ce vreau s.a.m.d) mai ales pe perioada verii. Am incercat sa citesc, sa mai stau pe net…sa ma uit la Tv…totul numai ca sa vina si pe la mine Mos Ene. Si nu vrea….

Sunt curioasa daca aveti sfaturi pentru a adormi o fetita de 22 de ani care nu are somn…anyone?
